Return Policy

Because all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or size/colour exchanges.

We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged, defective or misprinted items. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will gladly replace the item. To initiate a return, please email mail@londonhatweek.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
